Oleg Tyulkin
 Oleg Tyulkin was born in 1956 in Osinniky-city of the Kemerovo region.
He graduated the therapeutic faculty of the Kemerovo State Medical Institute in 1979.
O.Tyulkin worked in Novokuznetsk, Kemerovo region:
as a doctor-surgeon since 1979;
as a doctor-neurosurgeon since 1980 to 1983.
He finished the clinical studies by the faculty of neurosurgery, нейрорентгенологии , neurophysiology at the Novokuznetsk State Institute and the internal postgraduate study by the same faculty in 1988.
He was an assistant to this faculty since 1988, the senior lecturer of the faculty since 1996. He held a post of the deputy director for the therapeutic work at the Novokuznetsk neurosurgery clinic.
Since 2000 he was a doctor - neurosurgeon of the 23 rd City hospital in St.Petersburg.
In 1989 he defended the thesis 'Trochanterian genes cervical myeloradiculopathy by congenital narrowness of the vertebral channel' and he was conferred a candidate's degree.
He has 2 copyright certificates on the invention, 1 patent.
The basic scientific interests concern questions of backbone and spinal cord pathology.
He has the high qualifying category.
Married, has two grown-up children (they are doctors too).
